Lemon Bee Balm (Monarda citriodora)
 
What can we say about this herb/flower??
First, it is beautiful in the garden and flower bouquests!
Bee balm also attracts a various amounts of unique pollinators to the garden.
Second, this is a medicinal herb that is always a great one to have on hand. Bee balm is known for its astringent properties, as well as its ability to relieve symptoms of cough due to seasonal colds.
 
Bee balm is great in a tea blend, used as a tincture, or ground into capsules. 
 
Bee balm is grown as a perennial in growing zones 4+
 
Sow seed directly into prepared garden after the risk of frost or in late fall. 
 
This seed package contains 1/8 tsp of organic seed.
